"Changes in the way we report your earnings to the government have necessitated additional paperwork. All United States citizens competing in a Knoll Gas Nitro Jam or Summit Team Finals event will be required to complete a W-9 form and return that form to IHRA to keep on file. All Canadian citizens must have form W-8 completed and on file with IHRA.

For your convenience, these forms may be downloaded, filled out in advance of the event and returned to the tech trailer at any IHRA event. We will also have forms available at credentials during the event.

At National events, we will continue to have your payout checks ready for you to pick up at the tech trailer. If you are not able to pick up your earnings, we will mail them to the address you provide.
