Smaller tire will sometimes bring up engine RPM. Depends on your engine and drivetrain combination if your et will improve or suffer. If your engine needs more RPM to stay in it's power band you may see more ET or MPH. If your engine is operating at its power band then you may see a drop off in ET or MPH. A smaller tire will also give you more rear gear.
