If this is the make up race from Houston's rain out, will tech cards from the cars that made 2 rounds of qualifying at the last race be honored? Also, there were 4 cars that qualified at the rained out race, will these cars hold their qualifying positions, or will they have to re-qualify? Thanks, Martin
