DragRaceResults.com Bracket Series Schedule Change. Prescott Raceway’s Hot Springs Showdown moved to April 21-22. 
The DragRaceResults.com Bracket Series Hot Springs Showdown at Prescott Raceway (Prescott, AR) has been rescheduled to the weekend of April 21-22.  The event, which will be the inaugural DragRaceResults.com Bracket Series event at the Southwest Arkansas facility, has been moved in an effort to appease series competitors who may have other obligations on the weekend the event was originally scheduled.
 
“The original date for the event was on top of an NHRA Division race in Dallas, and the World Footbrake Challenge in Bristol--and while neither event is particularly close to Prescott Raceway (in terms of distance) we do realize that several of our DragRaceResults.com Bracket Series points competitors would like to attend multiple events that weekend.  Due to the feedback from several racers and series sponsors, and the series’ open schedule in the month of April, we’ve elected to move the event back one week from it’s original date to the weekend of April 21-22,” explained promoter Danny Sons.
 
“Hopefully this will allow competitors to have the ‘best of both worlds’ so to speak.  The index racers can go to Dallas, and the big dollar bottom bulb racers can go to Bristol, and hopefully they’ll all make their way back to Prescott for the inaugural Hot Springs Showdown the following weekend,” said Sons.
