Went racing this weekend and I noticed a rattling/grinding sound under the gear drive cover. I took it all aprt and couldnt find anything but a small slight chip on one of the gear drive teeth. I am assuming this is my problem resulting in the noise. I have a Erson gear drive but I cannot find any place that sells them. if anyone has any info or if anyone is running another brand of gear drive please let me know any input or help is appreciated. This motor is not that big just a mild 468 with about 650 to 700 hp. if anyone can help please let me know, thanks.

People have two ears and one mouth for a reason; you need to listen twice as much as you talk.
