i need to slow my car down about .5 of a second to run the 7.0 index class.throttle stops are legal in the class but the wires have to be unhooked,is there anywhy to adjust it manually and would this be the best way to kill some e.t if not how could i safely kill e.t.what would be the best stop i could buy to do this,thanks for any help
